This doesn't actually require you to connect to your place of work. Then choose "Virtual Private Network connection", make up a name for the connection. Then, choose the "Do not dial the initial connection" option, put in the IP, and if you have a simple VPN setup, you're pretty much done. Other settings are connection specific.
