এটা সবাই জানে যে , বাঙালি কথায় পটু, কাজে নয়.criticise করা অতি সোজা কিন্তু কিকু করে দেখানো সত্তি কঠিন।
বাংলাদেশে প্রাইভেট হসপিটাল অক্তই নতুন অধ্যায় । এর আগে যে কোনও সমসসা হলে সরকারী হসপিতালে যেতে হতো। এবং এটা সবাই জানেন সরকারী হস্পিটালের সার্ভিস কেমন।
এখান থেকে বেরিয়ে লাবাইড, স্কোয়ার, অ্যাপোলো, ইউনাইটেড হসপিটাল যে সার্ভিস মানুষকে দিচ্ছে সেটা না দেখে শুধু সমালোচনা করা হচ্ছে। এতে করে দেশের হেল্থ সার্ভিস এর লাভ হবেনা।
আমেরিকা, ইউরোপ অস্ট্রেলিয়া বসে বাংলাদেশে ওয়েস্টার্ন স্ট্যান্ডার্ড পেতে চাওয়া বোকার সর্গ বাস এর মত বেপার।
ভুল ত্রুটি আমেরিকান ডক্টর দের ও থাকে , সেটা কাটিয়ে সামনের দিকে এগিয়ে যেতে হবে।
আর একটা জিনিস । আমাদের দেশে কোনও হেল্থ ইন্সসূয়ারন্স নেই, তাই মানুষকে নিজের টাকায় সার্ভিস পেতে হয়। ফলে এর অক্ত বাড়তি চাপ এসে আমাদের উপর পড়ে।

Hi, all, along with the introducer & particpants of who leave their comments. I have a bitter experience. My father in law died at his 82 last year. Before dying he rushed to a specialized clinic at mirpur road claiming multiple probs. I came to see him imnediate after admitted to that clinic. After seven days doc told us that the patient had to be sent to ICU as his organs doesn’t work properly. they added , if we wish , they could sent our patient to ICU ! . We all bursted, told the concrn. ‘ u r the doc, u r the authority to take any steps for the sake of patients life.’ after that my father in law had shifted to ICU . It’s the begening….. it had already crossed 4 days in ICU. Doc didn’t tell us anything without advicing to pray to almighty. I was in a fix b,coz its came to my mind that a patient of 82 who rescued from cancer 15 yrs ago, passed 4 days with help of machines & by that time there were no signs of alive – its must not be continued. But i couldn’t tell it to my wife & others due to some social barrier. After 5 days, i myself conducted with the doc. They told me if we wanted to put off machine support from our patient, they would do the same’ this type of irresponsible words raised my anger but nothing to do. I shared this invention with my brother in law. At last i came to realizing all what was happening there ! That was not the end. That money sucker doc passed 2 days more by the name of final decession made by their medical board. After 7 days my father in law had rescued from ICU. And the bill arossed more than 7 lac and 5.25 lac was for that horrible ICU ! Readers didn’t that doc made fun with us, with the humanity ?

Its really painful and sad to know like this types of news that the hospitals in bangladesh making business on the name of of so call treatments and kiling the patients, few days back I have been visited dhaka and seen every corner there are hospital like massrom’s don’t know are have they genuine and have permissions from the government!!I thinks government has to take right steps to stop so call hospital (killing machine)and brings those doctors in justic and applyed capitalpunishment to them. So far doctors should have attitudes and principls to help human beings but in bangladesh its opposit the hospitals and doctors thinkings only for moeny,every day in news papers coming lots of news like this,the hospitals and doctors they are making exprements with the innocent village peoples (Patients)!!I believe they are no more human beings.How many so called hospital we have bangladesh do we have same ratio of specialist doctors as we need!! NO, I am really sorry to know this news and hope government has to take care for her innocents peoples.

I have become so worried to read the letter & the comments regarding LabAid Cardiac Hospital.Whenever
I visit Bangladesh from U.S.A.I used to visit the
Doctors of LabAid Cardiac Hospital as my appartment is situated very close to the Hospital.Every body know
that in America if any Doctor does any mistake for treating a patient,he must be sued by the patient or the relatives of the patients.
Govt.Of Bangladesh should take strong steps against such criminal activities of the Hospitals specially
LabAid Cardiac Hospital,Dhaka.

I ALSO LOST MY MOTHER IN LAB AID IN 15TH SEPTEMBER2009.MOTHER WAS 90% WELL.WE BROUGHT LAD AID FOR OPERATION FROM CHITTAGONG WITH COMPLETELY WELL. AFTER 1 DAYS FROM CCU,DOCTOR TRANSFERED MY MOTTHER ICU FOR REST.BUT IN ICU MY MOTHER HEART ATTACK & DIED IN CCU 1NO.BED IN VENTICULAR.I THINK IT IS HAPPENED FOR LEAKAGE OF ATTENTION OF NURSE & WROUNG TREATMENT………..MY LIFE COMPLETELY DAMAGE AFTER MY MOTHER DEATH….THEY CANT UNDERSTAND THIS MATTER & ABOUT A FAMILY,THEY THINK ABOUT ONLY MONEY……….
